Learning from "The Challenge"

While attending PPSCNY'S meetings, we were inspired to create our own Monthly Challenges. Our May Challenge was " Macro Photography." Macro Photography is extreme close-up photography, usually of very small subjects and living organisms like insects, in which the size of the subject in the photograph is greater than life size.

~The Purpose of the Challenges~
1. Try out new Techniques
2. Learn new ways to use our equipment
3. Use knowledge gained in monthly meeting
4. Share image and steps in achieving the image with members
5. Critique from members

June's challenge is to shoot
something with a "Summertime"
theme.. a family on the beach,
fireworks over the river... the ideas
are endless making this a very open-
to- your-own-interpretation kind of
challenge!

What do you think we should do for the next challenge?
